Is the Owner Portal the same as my account here on this website?

No. Your Owner Portal (through PayHOA, our Property Management Partner) is where you go to do things like make online payments, submit resident requests, and even track communications with the POA Office. 

The account on this website was previously used for the sake of accessing non-public content, but this method will eventually be sunset once the PayHOA accounts are fully set up. 

Do I need an account on this website?

This website is for two different types of people: prospective residents and current residents.

Prospective residents can use the site to learn more about our neighborhood, our community, and our Property Owners Association.

Current residents, on the other hand, have access to content that is intended only for proven property owners. We limit access to this private and/or sensitive information by restricting access to only those website users that have created accounts on our website that have been verified/approved by the POA Administrator. These accounts are in no way required, but you do need an account on the website to view:

If your account has not been created, is still pending approval, or was rejected (for being deemed a non-resident or suspicious), then attempting to access any of the information above will not display.

Please allow several business days for account registrations to be reviewed. If you have Registered for your account and been approved, you will receive notification via email that your account is approved and active. You may then proceed to Login and access the full website.

If you believe that your account registration is taking abnormally long to be reviewed or was unjustly rejected, please email the POA Administrator.

How do I create my account?

If you are a current Stone Creek resident, to create an account, CLICK HERE to register your information:

  • Username: create your own username that you can remember
  • First and Last Name: list the first and last name of one of the legal property owners that the POA has on record (do not use nicknames or your registration may be rejected since it doesn’t match our records)
  • Email Address: list a valid email address that can be used for resetting your password
  • Password: create your own password that is secure and can be remembered

Check the box that says “I am not a robot”, complete any verification puzzles it requires of you, then hit the “Register” button.

Your registration will be automatically and immediately submitted to our POA Administrator for review. Please allow several days for account registrations to be reviewed. If you believe that your account registration is taking abnormally long to be reviewed or was unjustly rejected, please email the POA Administrator.

How do I reset my username or password?

Once your account has been registered and approved, CLICK HERE to reset your password.

If your account has been registered and approved but you have forgotten your username, you will need to email the POA Administrator. Please provide your name, your property address and the email address you listed when you created the account so we can confirm your identity and provide you with your username.
