THE POLAR EXPRESS PARADE
The Polar Express Parade (held on December 5th) was a huge success. Families were dressed in pajamas and robes and came to have a good time. Hot Chocolate, marshmallows and peppermints were enjoyed before hopping on the golf carts and parading through the neighborhood while being cheered on by the residents from their driveways as they passed by.
Twenty Seven families decorated their carts and joined the parade led by POA Board President, Steve Parker. The winners of the Best Decorated golf carts were:
BREAKFAST WITH SANTA
Breakfast With Santa, held on December 11th was so much fun! Thank you to the Social Committee members for planning and implementing this great event! We served a total of 200 individuals — 122 Stone Creek children along with their parents and grandparents were able to experience:
- A great breakfast
- Private visit and photos with Santa
- Story time with Mrs. Claus
- Singing and playing with Buddy the Elf and two beautiful elves
- Reindeer food preparation (for Rudolph and the gang!)
- Train ride around the parking lot.
