Justin and his wife, Amanda have lived in Stone Creek since 2013. Justin is a native of Valdosta and graduated from Lowndes High School. The Nijem’s have two boys, Jack and Henry. Justin is owner/property manager of JN Properties which develops and manages student housing and residential housing properties near VSU. As a property developer, he has experience working with city planning and development groups, such as the Valdosta City Council, concerning issues with ordinances and regulations related to various projects. He is a partner/owner of Landings Creek BBQ Sauce Company.

Justin and his family are members of Perimeter Road Baptist Church where Justin serves on the Security Team and the Children’s Ministry. He also serves as a member of the Stone Creek POA construction review board. He enjoys golfing, golf cart riding around the neighborhood, and taking his boys fishing in the neighborhood ponds.
